A technical requirement for bidding of roller shutter filter in a sewage treatment plant

​The automatic roller shutter filter needs to be provided with an automatic roller shutter filter according to the size of the opening of the air inlet corridor of the blower room. The winning bidder for the magnetic levitation single-stage centrifugal blower should send a representative with rich experience in installation and debugging to inspect the installation and supervise and guide.

After the blower, motor, control system and all accessories are installed, each blower shall be subject to field acceptance test under actual operating conditions. The test is carried out by a representative of the blower manufacturer in the presence of the tenderee and its engineer.

A sufficient (more than 2 hours) no-load operation test should be carried out before the blower load test, and a full-range operation test should be carried out according to the specification.Site acceptance testing shall demonstrate that the blower is in any condition
